Patrick Curtis
Patrick has over 15 years’ experience, mostly as principal, in UK real estate. Between 2012 – 2020, he worked at Christian Candy’s CPC Group, latterly as Investment Director of their joint venture equity subsidiary. Whilst at CPC, he originated and executed upon many high profile value-add and opportunistic deals as developer, lender and equity investor. He has always focussed on identifying development opportunities and forging new partnerships.
He has completed over £2bn of transactions from acquisition through to resale and has a comprehensive cross-sector knowledge of London (Prime and Outer), the South East and UK gateway cities.
Patrick qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Ben David
Ben has extensive experience of UK and European real estate, having spent 18 years spent at CPC Group from 2005 – the majority of this time as a main board director. Ben has a strong understanding of financial appraisal, modelling and reporting as well as being highly conversant in legal and tax matters relevant to real estate and structuring. Ben has originated and closed hundreds of millions of asset and development funding, as well as acting as lender through various debt platforms.
Ben has extensive experience of setting up joint venture structures and equity investment and has been directly involved as principal in over £3bn of purchases and nearly £5bn in sales. Prior to CPC, Ben worked in the real estate corporate finance team at Ernst & Young.
Ben is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Stan Lersch
With over 20 years in the real estate market, Stan has extensive lending experience, having previously been employed by a number of lenders including Barclays Bank, Bank of Ireland and Westdeutsche Immobilien Bank.
He has been directly involved in a high volume of developments across the residential spectrum and additionally in the hotel, student accommodation and commercial sectors. He worked for Consensus Business Group, a family office, where he arranged and restructured long term debt packages and at Alpha Real Capital, arranging debt for its commercial property funds management business.
More recently, he has been successful in structuring and closing debt and preference equity finance packages for residential developments projects.
Stan holds a BSc in Economics from Warwick University and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
