Patrick Curtis
Patrick has over 15 years’ experience in UK real estate, primarily as a principal. Between 2012 and 2020, he worked at Christian Candy’s CPC Group, latterly as Investment Director of its joint-venture equity platform.
During his time at CPC, Patrick originated and executed a wide range of high-profile value-add and opportunistic transactions, acting across the capital stack as developer, lender, and equity investor. His work consistently focused on identifying development opportunities and forming long-term, aligned partnerships.
Across his career, Patrick has completed over £2 billion of transactions from acquisition through to exit and has deep, cross-sector knowledge of Prime and Outer London, the South East, and major UK gateway cities.
Patrick is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Ben David
Ben has extensive experience across UK and European real estate, having spent 19 years at CPC Group from 2005, the majority of that time as a main board director.
He brings deep expertise in financial appraisal, modelling, and reporting, and is highly conversant in the legal and tax considerations relevant to real estate transactions and structuring. Ben has originated and closed hundreds of millions of pounds of asset and development funding and has also acted as lender through a number of debt platforms.
Ben has significant experience in establishing joint venture structures and equity investment vehicles and has been directly involved as principal in over £3 billion of acquisitions and nearly £5 billion of disposals.
Prior to CPC, Ben worked in the real estate corporate finance team at Ernst & Young.
Ben is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
